About J White

Justin graduated from the University of Massachusetts with honors and received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. While at university he studied architecture & landscape architecture for several months in Copenhagen, Denmark. During this time he was privileged to have the opportunity to visit many of the great architectural works located throughout Europe. Upon his completion of schooling he received a position with Parsons Design Associates where he worked as a designer and project manager in the affluent lower Fairfield County Connecticut region. From there he secured a position with City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department, where he worked as an assistant project manager facilitating the design and implementation of neighborhood parks. While much of his time was spent mediating the interests of various neighborhood groups, design firms, general contractors, and other city agencies. Other responsibilities included project design review for the Public Improvements Commission in which he rendered design recommendations and approvals linked to city interests. Justin then received a project management position with ValleyCrest Landscape Development where he was responsible for the execution of large union and open shop contracts throughout New England. From there Justin was solicited to become the Design/Build Director for EMG Associates. Here he oversaw all aspects of the division from business development, design production, and construction administration for projects throughout New England. Many of these primarily high end residential projects were located on the island of Nantucket, in lower Fairfield County, and throughout the Boston suburbs.
