As a Learning Experience Design Intern on the Value Online Training Team at Celonis, I collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop impactful, engaging, and scalable online learning experiences for a global audience of learners.My work focuses on creating training content that helps customers and partners drive real business value with Celonis, including topics such as customer onboarding, change management, and governance frameworks.What I do:Design and develop learner-centered digital training programs and certification exams.Structure learning journeys that align with our customers\' adoption and value realization.Script storyboards and build interactive modules using modern authoring tools.Manage content on the Celonis Academy LMS.Partner cross-functionally to identify learning gaps and co-create training with internal experts.Continuously improve learning experiences based on learner feedback and outcomes.
