I work to ensure success of the overall culture, strategy and business.As Head of Global Programming and Shared Services, I oversee the leadership team managing External Affairs, Research, Strategy, Board Relations, Development, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, Strategy, and Monitoring & Evaluation. I joined Women’s World Banking in June of 2010 as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer, successfully restructuring and reinvesting in the organization to create fiscal and operational stability. We have grown the company\'s resources in all areas and are poised for even greater success in the future, including more than $200M in funding for the NGO and $150M in venture capital. My particular areas of expertise are leadership; strategy, change management; organizational financial sustainability, and organizational management.
