As the Selling Project Manager for Moss Landing, Beacon Street’s waterfront neighborhood in Washington, NC, I support all aspects of buyer engagement, sales strategy, and customer experience for one of eastern North Carolina’s most thoughtfully designed communities.In this role, I work closely with the broader team to continue the tradition of authentic buyer engagement, build momentum in the market, and deliver a seamless, high-touch sales experience that reflects the design-forward values and community legacy of Beacon Street- Serve as the primary on-site sales broker representing Beacon Street Realty- Collaborate with marketing, design, and construction teams to ensure a cohesive and client-centered experience- Support buyers through each step of the process with insight, transparency, and care- Help steward a consultative, lifestyle-driven approach to new home sales in a coastal community setting
