Responsible to service the global demand / supply of regulated markets (US, CA, EU, AU, etc.) and the entire Rest of the World (RoW) markets including Emerging/ Third world countries. Role Critical deliverables as Supply / Demand & Production Planning, S & OP Review, Customer Service & Demand Fulfilment, Forecasting, Lead time improvements, Distribution Resource Planning, controlling Out of Stocks across markets, Transportations, Logistics & Warehousing etc. Lead, implement and transform relevant Supply Chain operation model, build high performance team structures. Design and shape the WHC supply chain for sustainability & future growth. Partnership management with external / internal stakeholders for win-win solutions. Optimise / Manage inventories of franchise end-to-end on financial norms / budget / inventory turns. Control obsolescence through regular monitoring / execution of mitigation plans of at-risk inventories. Plan & optimize utilization of resources to meet long term demands through Network Balancing and execution of risk mitigation strategies like site transfers / trigger 3P sourcing etc. Spearhead the Global IT initiatives within Supply Chain space to build capability, manage complexity & improve operational efficiency / responsiveness. Lead, identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that optimize service level through customer touch points.
