I apply a trauma-informed lens, person-centered care, Jungian and Existentialist perspectives. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, forming a versatile toolkit that empowers individuals to heal, rewrite their life-narratives, and rediscover an inner resilience that can lead them to a more liberated, fulfilling life.
