Expanded the approach to other machines, building a scalable model for preventive maintenance across assets.Scheduling & Flow: Developed a 22-day level-loaded production schedule for switchboard systems (9 lineups, 81 sections), balancing labor pools, enforcing sequential flow, and pacing shipments to reduce end-of-cycle bottlenecks.Chute Process Development: Initiated a new chute function project for the ACIES machine using stage-gate testing to validate safe, repeatable part drops.
