With more than three decades of experience in operational and managerial excellence, I have dedicated my career to advancing growth and sustainability in the Speciality Steel industry. Currently, I serve as Director of Operations at Jindal Stainless, where I manage the seamless Operations & New Projects of the group, oversee the Strategic Sourcing function, and spearhead the Strategic Business Unit of Speciality Products. I have under my fold the responsibility of Climate Change Responsiveness & strategic technology integration across the units.My career began in 1990 with the Steel Authority of India Limited\'s Operations team. I later joined the Research & Development wing of Jindal Stainless and have since worked in various divisions, gaining extensive on-ground experience across the value chain in both domestic and international markets. My expertise has made me a prominent voice in the stainless steel industry.Academically, I hold a gold medal in Metallurgical Engineering from the NIT Nagpur and earned the top rank in M. Tech. in Material Science Engineering from IIT Bombay. I have also enhanced my skills through management and leadership programs at Harvard Business School, IIM Ahmedabad, and MDI Gurgaon.My journey combines technical proficiency, strategic vision, and a commitment to excellence. I am passionate about leveraging my experience to drive innovation and growth in the steel industry.
