ABOUT JENNIFER TRAN
I am currently a consultant at Bain & Company\'s Dallas office.Before this, I worked on consulting projects across multiple sectors, including biotechnology and digital health, as part of WiSolve Consulting Group. I also did brief stints at an agroforestry nonprofit and the Air Force Research Lab as an intern.I am also a microbiologist with over 10 years of research experience and experimental design. My PhD work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison focused on antibiotic-resistant bacteria and high-throughput screens using CRISPR tools, though I have will forever have a passion for bacteriophages/phage therapy (my undergrad thesis work).I am a native Texan, back in Texas after a brief stint in Wisconsin, and live with my partner and our 2 rescue pups. We love gardening, hiking, fishing, and spending time outside when the weather is warm.
