In my career as an attorney at Dority & Manning, I\'ve advised clients on a wide variety of intellectual property matters, with focuses on patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, and technology transfer. Through representing both large, Fortune 100 companies that file a high volume of patents annually and relative small companies that file a lower volume of strategic patents, I\'ve built up extensive experience in complex national and international patent prosecution strategies, with concentrations primarily in the mechanical and electromechanical arts. In addition, utilizing firm resources, we can effectively manage domestic and international patent portfolios of all sizes to ensure all patent filings are done with an eye towards the patent portfolio as a whole.I regularly represent companies on trademark matters, including management of complex trademark portfolios, domestically and abroad. I have extensive experience in performing trademark clearance searches and filing trademark applications in the United States, and further facilitating trademark protection throughout the world through direct filings, international treaties (such as the Madrid Protocol), etc.I\'ve further represented companies of all sizes, as well as various non-profit entities and Universities, in all matters of technology transfer. This includes the drafting and negotiation of intellectual property license agreements, Software as a Service (SAAS) agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, and more.
