With more than 20 years of public accounting experience in providing effective tax strategies, I support clients in a variety of industries, specifically manufacturing, distribution, technology and real estate. My focus encompasses providing tax compliance and advisory services to C-corporations, S-corporations, and partnerships. In addition, I work with executives and business owners in wealth transfer planning. I also assist clients with properly reporting financial results through audit and accounting services. Many of my clients have international business operations, which benefit from my extensive experience in international tax structuring.As a member of the Real Estate Services and the Manufacturing & Distribution Services Groups of Frazier & Deeter, I help industry clients with tax minimization, tax structuring/restructuring, financing, and purchase or sale of business. He served as the head of the Frazier & Deeter Tax Department before joining the Frazier & Deeter Executive Committee. In his role as partner in charge of the Tax Department, his responsibilities included streamlining tax methodology and processes, and advancing the technological capabilities of the department.
