As Managing Director and U.S. Practice Leader of Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Transactions Group, I work with companies to execute M&A integrations, carve-outs, tax-free spins, and business transformations. With A&M’s integrated approach and deep talent pool, we are strongly positioned to meet corporate clients’ emerging needs from diligence through value creation and realization. I specialize in deal structuring, regulatory considerations, shared services, and enterprise technology transitions, providing practical strategies that improve business performance. Before joining A&M, I spent over two decades in the Big Six/Five/Four, most recently at KPMG, where I was the Global lead for the Deal Advisory and Strategy Integration & Separation practice in the U.S. and advised clients on major transactions and organizational transformations.I hold a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Through advisory board roles, I stay engaged with both schools and contribute to industry conversations by speaking at M&A forums and conferences.
