Assist with managing the bidding process for approved submitted project requests. Preparing and expediting payroll, operating budgets, and approval of all internal control documents-Monitoring construction processes to assure compliance with contract documents. Coordinated all work with user and Internal Support Groups. Maintained complete project files recording progress, approvals, financial data and contracts. Performed final inspections, punch list exceptions, and expedited corrective action.
