I’ve spent more than 20 years helping organizations navigate pivotal moments - shifts in strategy, major transformations, and the move toward digital‑enabled operating models. My career has taken me across North America and Europe, working in energy, telecommunications, IT, and manufacturing, and advising leaders who are steering their organizations through complexity and change.My approach is shaped by two worlds: high‑performance sport and executive leadership.
