ABOUT J. P. FARRELL

For the past 20 years, I have enjoyed serving high-net-worth individuals and their families as a dedicated luxury lifestyle manager, offering a mix of estate management, multi-property management and construction project management. The keys to my success are based on my construction knowledge unique to these distinctive luxury residences and my commitment to the owners’ privacy. I take it upon myself to determine the principals specific wishes and make them a reality. As their Owner’s Representative, I am given full license to direct these complex,$MM projects on their behalf. I provide consistent communication between the leadership team, the family office, and the owners while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion, and security. In addition to project management, I am an exceptional team leader for the staff and our long-term vendors. I enjoy building the team, training them in the highest service standards, and refining their efforts to provide seamless service at all the properties. Personally, I am from London and grew up in North Wales. Even early on, I gained a unique interest in maintenance, engineering, recruitment, health & safety, and management at my family-owned and operated amusement parks. We successfully conducted business across Europe, giving me solid exposure to working with different cultures and communication styles. Today, I have reliable connections throughout the U.S, especially in Florida, New York, Los Angeles and the Pacific Northwest.
