Hello and welcome!With nearly two decades of experience in education, I am passionate about creating environments where both students and professionals can thrive. Currently, I serve as the HR Supervisor for Germantown Municipal School District, where I focus on recruiting, retaining, and supporting top-tier talent to ensure our schools have the passionate and dedicated educators they need to succeed.Prior to this role, I served as the principal of Collierville Elementary School for four years. At CES, we nurtured “Little Dragons” who demonstrated strong character, a love for learning, and the qualities of future leaders. Before my time as principal, I served as an assistant principal for seven years at Houston Middle School, supporting the growth and development of students in grades 6–8. My career began at Germantown Elementary, where I taught 5th-grade English and Social Studies for seven wonderful years, building a strong foundation in instructional leadership.My journey in education has been deeply fulfilling, marked by a commitment to fostering relationships, creating opportunities, and helping others succeed.
