ABOUT J. MARK ROBINSON
25 years experience representing individuals, families, businesses and regulatory agencies on a local, state, multi-state and federal level. I am the solo to whom you may refer if a conflict arises or if you just want to refer my services. My primary practice areas are Construction Law, Corporate Law, Family Law, Personal Injury, Wills, Successions and others on a case by case basis. CONSTRUCTION LAW & CORPORATE LAW: I do Contract Development, Dispute Resolution and have obtained $13 million Construction Litigation,$8 million with international engineering arising from construction activities following Hurricane Katrina, & Lafourche Parish Arbitration win to name a few during the breadth of my career. In some cases, I work in conjunction with an engineering firm with much success throughout the years. My experience is substantial handling claims throughout Louisiana, California, Texas, and Tennessee. Regarding Corporate Law matters, I teach Corporations which keeps me on the cutting edge of Louisiana and Federal Law. FAMILY LAW, PERSONAL INJURY, WILLS, & SUCCESSIONS and other areas: I thoroughly enjoy helping those with family law matters. My practice also includes drafting wills and handling succession proceedings. Finally, I handle personal injury cases of all types. My clients are uniformly pleased with the results I obtain on their behalf.
