In this role I am responsible for supporting three operating locations across Eastern Tennessee, including one of just two NRC Category 1 licensed nuclear facilities in the United States. In this role, I focus on driving operational excellence initiatives that improve performance, strengthen processes, and support safe, reliable operations in a highly regulated environment.My background is rooted in continuous improvement, problem solving, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results. I’m passionate about identifying opportunities, simplifying complex challenges, and implementing practical solutions that create lasting impact.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, which provide a strong foundation across both technical and business disciplines. I bring a balanced, systems-level perspective to my work and enjoy helping organizations build sustainable improvements over time.
