About Jlin Rose

Rooted in lessons from my great-grandmother, who knew that people coming together is how things actually change, I\'ve built a career at the intersection of music, community, and creative strategy.I design programs, shape policy, and build partnerships that connect people to something larger than themselves. From leading community engagement at UCF to shaping equity-focused policy through the Arrested Mobility Report to advocating for artist rights as a Policy Fellow with the Music Artists Coalition, my work lives where systems, culture, and creativity meet.Outside the 9 to 5, I produce audio through Conscious Content Clips, short-form media where advocacy meets sound.I\'m drawn to organizations building at the intersection of arts, music, and equity, where program design, storytelling, and community power all live in the same room-Program Design & Community Engagement-Music Policy & Arts Advocacy-Creative Strategy & Audio Production
