Helping free thinking families unplug from the matrix of government high school, taking back control of their teen\'s education, then build an high school experience that actually prepares them for the real world. 🧐 Socratic / Critical Thinking Real World Apprenticeship School all started because 5 high school friends wanted a more amazing high school experience than they could find in any existing public or private school. Their ethos: Learn the things our parents wished they\'d learned in high school. From Taxes, Tech and Econ, to Nutrition, Wilderness Survival, and Drone Shows, the learners find experts in whatever field they are interested in and pitch to work as \"apprentices,\" so they can learn the skills of the trade.Our main ethos:Learn the things we all wish we would have learned in high school, and go on the adventure of a life time doing it. How we do that- Real World Apprenticeships. Throughout most of history if you wanted to become skilled in any trade, you\'d go work as an apprentice under a master. Our learners do the same with modern trades and skills- Customizable Curriculum. We believe that the parents know best and should be the one to decide, along with their child, what curriculum they will spend their time learning. We help research and facilitate the best curriculum for each learner- Loving Accountability. There is no Adventure without responsibility. Everyone of our learners commits to the goals they want to accomplish then we meet weekly to praise them for being on track, or lovingly hold them accountable and get back on track.
