We do this by adapting to meet the evolving needs of our staff and clients which allows our business to thrive. Team accomplishments over the last two years include:• Led the acquisition and operational transition into a new headquarters, enhancing team collaboration and preparing a hybrid work model that aligned with evolving post-COVID realities• Multiple enterprise-wide system implementations including Paylocity, HubSpot, and Parallax, significantly optimizing HR, business development, and financial reporting processes. • Hired, managed, mentored and accountable for all Ops verticals: Administrative, Building Management, Contracts, Finance / Accounting, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing.• Achieved B-Corp Certification requiring extensive policy and process creation and reporting. • Led cultural improvements, including a structured forward-planning company-wide Rhythm of Business and communication strategy, all employee surveys, and development of internal resource guides and training on business development, project management, company norms.
