Job Duties:Develop and Design EOL/Test Processes: Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to design, develop, and optimize end-of-line and testing processes for EV components and vehicles.Test Equipment Specification and Procurement: Define the requirements for EOL/test equipment, including hardware and software specifications.Manage equipment vendors to identify, evaluate, and select appropriate testing equipment for implementation.Ensure the schedule objectives have been met while providing testing in accordance with engineering requirements.Process Validation and Integration: Validate new EOL/test processes and equipment, ensuring they align with product specifications and manufacturingrequirements.Integrate new processes seamlessly into existing production lines, minimizing downtime and disruptions.Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and analyze EOL/test processperformance, identifying opportunities for improvement in quality, throughput,and cost.Implement corrective actions and drive process optimization initiatives to enhancemanufacturing efficiency.Quality Assurance and Control: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to establish quality standards and test protocols. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality requirements and drive adherence to industry standards.Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide technical support to resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues encountered during production. Workclosely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipmentreliability.Issues Management: Identify, triage, track and resolve vehicle build concerns with the engineering team through various builds.Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive training materials and provide training to production operators and technicians on the proper use andmaintenance of EOL/test equipment.Ensure clear and detailed documentation of processes, procedures

I\'m an Automotive Systems Engineer focused on automotive Electric and Electronics systems, with 5 years of experience working in the Automotive Industry-My current experience has allowed to develop strong analytic and problem solving skills in vehicle diagnosis. Through my professional career I have acquired skills and experience working with UDS protocol, experience with CAN/LIN protocols, Bus Data Analysis, Bus Data acquisition, ECU Software Validation and Vehicle Electrical \'End of Line Test\', as well as a strong experience in Testing/Calibration for ADAS Systems and Power Train Systems (Dyno Test). I\'ve got strong skills in performing bench and vehicle ECU flashing-Acquiring all that knowledge has not been easy, it has taken me a lot of effort, working hours, stressful and complicated situations but thanks to all that, I can say that my professional career is in constant growth and I’ve become a person that knows how to work under pressure and knows how to deal with stressful and complicated situations-I’m a very motivated, solidary, disciplined, and strategic person. I’m a person who constantly invests in his knowledge.
