ABOUT HOLLAND JONES

I\'m an operator and principal with more than two decades building, running, and navigating complex businesses — most of that time at the intersection of retail operations, real estate, and closely held company leadership. As President of Whole Earth Provision Co, a 54-year-old specialty retail brand based in Austin, I hold full enterprise accountability across P&L, capital structure, real estate, people, brand, and long-term strategy. I\'ve led the organization through sustained disruption, made difficult tradeoffs under real constraint, and kept a team and culture intact while driving meaningful change. That kind of work requires a different kind of executive judgment than growth environments — one built on prioritization, stakeholder management, and the ability to hold a steady heading when things are hard. Alongside that role, I serve as Principal and Managing Partner of a commercial real estate portfolio with our ownership group — responsible for acquisitions, debt structuring, lease negotiation, 1031 exchanges, and dispositions across a multi-asset portfolio. It\'s given me a capital markets and real estate literacy that I bring directly to operating decisions. I\'m drawn to complex, high-stakes operating environments — businesses that need disciplined leadership, clear-eyed strategy, and an executive who can be both the steady hand and the change agent. I\'m also genuinely interested in the intersection of operations and real estate. Based in Austin. Connected to the community through the Shoal Creek Conservancy and years of civic involvement.
