Liaise with regional leadership and their teams to understand strategic initiatives which require IT support and propose solutions which also meet with IT strategic direction. Together with the business PM and in line with the IT PMO process, prepare proposals which include scope, timeline, level of effort, cost to achieve and expected return on investment. The Snr BA Strategic Projects will take the project through the early stages of the PMO process then may transfer the project to a project manager with oversight through the life of the project or in some cases may manage the project through to delivery. Reporting to the Commercial and Finance Director, USA & EMEA, play a key role in the LSG IT EMEA Leadership Team, assisting with resource planning and general administration of the PMO process in the region as well as supporting strategic IT and company initiatives. • Partner with business leaders and their teams and IT Leadership to establish IT needs of the region for strategic initiatives • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, propose potential solution options and make recommendations • Communicate and collaborate with leadership teams to understand functional requests and translate into true requirements • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision to support the proposed solutions • Develop project documentation and proposals in line with the PMO process • Liaise between the business, technology teams, Business Analyst teams and PMO to establish project priorities • Support the IT functional leads in the region and facilitate the resource management process for cross functional projects
