   Built and scaled a global talent acquisition function responsible execution of talent acquisition strategies for a contract research organization (CRO) with 800+ employees across 7 countries (within North America and Europe). Create, manage, and implement talent acquisition strategies in support of the company’s growth, merger, and acquisition (M&A) plans. Create KPI’s that measure the team performance and areas of improvement. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their pain points and to organize and lead a headcount planning strategy for the organization.
