As Vice President of Alliance Management at Aurion Biotech, I am responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and oversight of key external partnerships for the development of a future endothelial cell therapy commercial launch. While in clinical development, it is vital to manage partnerships as the senior field-facing leader to drive our vision and execute the global clinical site engagement strategy. This includes developing a best-in-class clinical site training program and global surgical training curriculum. I am honored to lead an alliance of partnerships to include tissue and eye banks, clinical sites, industry partners, and KOLs as the company advances its program through Phase 3 and into commercialization.
