He also served concurrently as CEO of Virsono Hearing Center, further advancing access to next-generation hearing solutions.Before Earlens, Connon held the role of COO at Audigy Medical and Audigy Group, one of the fastest-growing practice development companies serving otolaryngology, neurotology, and audiology. There, he played a key role in the company’s $151 million acquisition by GN Store Nord (parent of ReSound) in 2016—an achievement that underscored his ability to lead strategic, enterprise-level transformation.Earlier in his career, Connon was VP of Business Development at Securitas USA, where he led the creation of customized security solutions for Fortune 500 clients. He also spent nearly a decade in the telecom and data communications space, holding executive roles at Granita Media, Redback Networks, and Lucent Technologies.Connon began his professional career as a structural engineer, contributing to major design and infrastructure projects for Universal Studios Orlando and Walt Disney World. His unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and business leadership has fueled a career defined by innovation, growth, and impact.He holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
