Prior to that I was a Distribution Center General Manager at Love’s Travel Stops in El Reno, Oklahoma, where I ensured efficiency, accountability, and a team of 20 team members’ success in a fast-paced environment while managing an inventory of ~$19M. My leadership foundation was built over 13 years of service as a U.S. Army veteran and Logistics Officer, where I honed expertise in sustainment operations, supply chain management, and personnel development under demanding conditions. These experiences instilled in me the principles of Extreme Ownership: taking full responsibility for outcomes and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.I believe that trust, collaboration, and strong communication are the cornerstones of effective leadership.
