ABOUT IZZY TUTCHER

Giving changes lives. Not just for those who receive, but for those who give. Fundraising, at its best, is transformational. It builds bridges between compassion and action, between hope and tangible change.Grounded in behavioural science (Psychology BSc, GMBPsS and the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy), I help others to create meaningful experiences of giving shaped by identity, motivation and purpose. My work supports connection and wellbeing for supporters and the teams who work alongside them, guided by the belief that giving and charity should feel good. I support philanthropy that strengthens both organisational impact and supporter wellbeing. As Philanthropy Manager at Leicester Animal Aid, I support philanthropy that enables the care, rehabilitation and rehoming of cats and dogs in need. I have the privilege of working with kind, compassionate, warm‑hearted supporters whose commitment gives animals safety, dedicated care and the best possible chance to thrive.
