I\'m currently leading the Partner Payouts Platform Ledger Team. We provide a data backbone that powers all of Microsoft\'s payouts to our developers and partners. My team deals with defining a unified data model for incentives and payouts, bringing in data from a variety of data sources, ensuring data quality, detecting and alerting on anomalies, as well as reporting to drive key financial processes. In addition to immediate team leadership accountability, I\'m collaborating with other technical leaders, as well as business and finance stakeholders, to define future direction for the Partner Payouts Platform. I\'m also involved in diversity pipeline recruiting efforts across Microsoft.
