As the Engagement Coordinator at Freedom a la Cart, I am responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners to amplify our mission of empowering survivors of human trafficking. My role includes managing stakeholder communications, leading agency tours, and representing Freedom a la Cart at community events to strengthen connections and raise awareness.I oversee grant research and grant writing, identifying new funding opportunities that align with our mission. Additionally, I manage donor databases, ensuring accurate records and seamless acknowledgment processes. In support of our events and community engagement initiatives, I assist with planning and execution of programs like Cause Cookies and Eat Up Columbus, as well as educational events that engage and educate our supporters.I also manage the organization’s email communications, speaker requests, and assist with administrative tasks to support organizational goals. My work is driven by a passion for social justice and community empowerment, aiming to create lasting impact for survivors in Central Ohio.
