   Providing regulatory and policy support to both the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by conducting market research and data driven decision making. Supporting the EPA’s Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT) with a wide range of rulemaking support activities as they implement risk management rules that are authorized under the Toxic Substances and Control Act (TSCA). Such as an evaluation of the OPPT first 10 chemicals to undergo evaluation under the amended TSCA and any rulemakings that will result from the evaluations. Working to compile and edit public comments for different EPA, NRC, and USDA, proposed rulemakings for client deliverables. Working on the Federal Register Notice (FRN) for the regulatory improvements for production and utilization facilities transitioning to decommissioning on behalf of the NRC. Querying and managing the NRC’s Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) database for rulemaking and guidelines documents.
