A seasonal freelance role working directly with the Creative Director across production administration, PA support, event coordination, and creative producing both on-site and off-site. Acting as a key figure in ensuring the smooth running of the department, and one of the main points of contact for the rest of the decor team and external artists. Responsibilities include diary and inbox management, taking meeting minutes, project planning, sourcing props and materials, managing accreditation and crew meals, facilitating multidisciplinary artists, overseeing signage, communicating and directing the creative vision to the wider team in the CD’s absence. I also support with the delivery of creative briefs, slide decks, and press releases by researching, collating the CD’s work, formatting, and contributing content. Additional duties include supporting social media and marketing initiatives, content creation, website updates, and assisting with the management of the sister art publishing company, ShangrilART.
