   As the IT Site Operations Lead at the Houston headquarters, I oversee the delivery of IT services and products across multiple business units and data centers. Working closely with both local and global teams, I identify and address emerging demands and requirements, driving the implementation of innovative solutions to continuously enhance our IT environment.I focus on ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-efficient IT operations by managing operational planning, budgeting, and the complete lifecycle of IT services and products. I also ensure full compliance with information security policies, health and safety regulations, and legal standards. Additionally, I lead critical incident management and serve as a key member of the Shell Houston Crisis Team, ensuring rapid restoration of services during major incidents.I lead IT operations and project teams to guarantee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of essential IT services across the Shell Woodcreek Campus, supporting over XX businesses and users. In my role as the IT Onsite Service and Support lead, I plan, budget, and manage the annual device refresh initiative, ensuring timely equipment upgrades based on product life cycles, including: Servers, Networking, Audio Visual, Cellular and peripherals desk equipment, with a total budget of up to per fiscal year.With a strong background in service management, offshore communications, data center infrastructure, and IT financial management, my approach emphasizes continuous improvement. I prioritize building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and leading high-performing teams to deliver greater business value.
