   Sep 2012 — Present

   Izabelle co-founded the company Chiliboats in 2012 and was responsible for the management, for all commercial strategies, including its internationalization. She worked directly in national and international sales, prospecting international resellers to work in their respective countries, as well as negotiating exclusive agreements with these resellers. In 2012 she implemented a production line in Brazil and managed the company\'s entire administration, involving the purchase of materials, inventory control, marketing and sales. In 2017, Izabelle prospected international suppliers and migrated all production abroad, making it possible to scale production to meet demand with a leaner and smarter business model. Since then, it has been possible to focus on the core business of the business (R&D of new products and commercial area). Until now Chiliboats has many dealers and customers in 62 countries: USA, Germany, Austria, Australia, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Hungary, Canada, Denmark, France and French territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique and Saint Martin), Italy, Finland, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Japan, Brazil, Portugal, UK, Estonia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, South Africa, Cape Green, South Korea, Latvia, Ukraine, Romania, Poland, Scotland, Turkey, Thailand, New Zealand, Philippines, Grenada, Reunion Island, Croatia, Kuwait, Egypt, India, Israel, Isle of Man, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Ecuador, Mozambique, Vanuatu, Seychelles, Bahamas, Turk & Caicos, Jamaica, Czech Republic, Malaysia, Tanzania, Ghana and Taiwan.Izabelle was responsible for the feasibility evaluation for opening the company Chiliboats LLC in the United States. In June 2020, to accompany the company\'s international growth, Izabelle took the necessary actions to open a headquarters in the United States, Chiliboats LLC, aiming to leverage results in North America and facilitate international sales and negotiations through an American company.
