As a Supply Planning & Inventory Analyst at Haleon, I have over 15 years of expertise in supply chain management in the recycling and pharmaceutical sectors. I am an APICS (CPIM) certified professional with a passion for delivering optimal supply chain performance targets based on both supply and demand, embracing quality, supply efficiency, service reliability, inventory turnover, and demand management solutions to maximize customer value.I am responsible for analyzing data and planning the appropriate inventory levels for our customer and warehouse locations, participating in virtual plant team meetings, leading supply chain related meetings with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), and reporting supply chain metrics internally and externally. I also develop and own the procurement strategies related to all new raw materials and suppliers, aligned with our sustainability goals, and manage the supplier relationship management (SRM) with key strategic suppliers. I execute sourcing events, evaluate results, communicate with suppliers on quotes, manage negotiations, and execute contracting requirements where necessary. I have a proven track record of applying lean manufacturing, capacity and resource planning, inventory management, sourcing, procurement, operational excellence, and change management principles to achieve successful outcomes for Haleon and our customers.
