Presently Working as a Senior Manager in IMCR Dept ( Value Analysis and Value Engg.).AVS certified from SAVE INTERNATIONAL Identify the risks impacting to program schedule, quality or cost and take corrective action; track and maintain record of changes, effectively participate in design discussions and guide the team members throughout the build process. Conceptualize and execute ideas using VAVE (7 steps) methodologies for 3 years with their techno-commercial viability. Conduct BOM analysis and identify the high-cost components. Prepare the online documents related to VAVE proposals and take buy off from all stakeholders. Lead the execution of VAVE projects and complete them within the defined timeframe. Conduct weekly CFT meetings and monthly meetings regarding the escalation of issues with senior leadership. Orchestrate supplier coordination concerning VAVE activities and quote synthesis, followed by submitting them to SSU. Proactively involved in feature benchmarking, design coordination, part development in coordination with the manufacturing team and the accounts team. Look after commodity, conversion inflation forecast and management; estimation, negotiation, approval and PO release, part development / RM development-new models; oversee the feasibility, RFQ, sourcing decision, QAV, capacity and supplier negotiation. Identify and develop new sources on account of multi-sourcing, alternate sourcing, global sourcing, rationalization and risk management; accountable for capital and revenue budget preparation. Organize in-house and supplier/officer workshops and training on VAVE activities. Spearhead the teardown of vehicles and components in coordination with the benchmarking team.
