As a UCL academic and HR professional, I am intrigued by people, organisations and behaviour. More specifically, I am interested in talent development and working at the intersection of human resources and technology. With over ten years of experience in data driven initiatives and business analysis, my primary focus is onboarding, development and the strategic implementation of innovative talent solutions that foster employee growth.As a lifelong learner, I began my formal education (PhD) in HRM and am currently elevating my knowledge with an additional degree in Technology Management. I am open to new roles, with an interest in creating accessible dialogue that translates technological objectives into digestible solutions that continue to improve the way we learn and work.
