   As a Property Tax Consultant, I provide my clients with measurable results that increase the bottom line. I perform annual assessment reviews, file, and present tax appeal cases to local tax assessors and assessment boards. I use local data, knowledge and sound analytics to help you reduce one of your property’s largest operating expenses. The results are lower taxes; improved cash flow; and higher net income, all of which lead to an increase in market value. Before returning to the Consulting sector, I was a Property Tax Manager with Westrock Company. Prior to WestRock, I worked for Paradigm Tax Group, a national property tax consulting firm that provides a full range of property tax assessment and tax management services to commercial, industrial, multi-residential and special purpose property owners and taxpayers. Prior to Paradigm, I worked with Tyler Technologies, a leading provider of end-to-end information management solutions and services for local governments. I worked in the property tax services division and was staffed in local appraisal departments all over the Southeastern United States.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with potential clients, other property tax professionals, and people in the business world. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think the most rewarding aspect is working to understand business objectives and find creative ways improve the bottom line from a property tax perspective.
