ABOUT IVY WATTS

Hi! My name is Ivy Watts and I am a former All-American student-athlete and Top 30 finalist for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award. But beneath all of the success, I struggled in silence with anxiety, depression, overwhelming stress, burnout, and self-doubt which affected every part of my life. When I was able to seek out professional help, I rebuilt my confidence and self-worth and learned tangible tools for self-care and burnout prevention. Now, I share this work across the globe as a Mental Health Speaker, Author and Somatic Coach. I empower others to prioritize self-care and rise into their best, most resilient selves.Over the last seven years, I’ve had the privilege of impacting more than people, from student-athletes and young adults to corporate teams, and executive leaders. Through my keynotes and workshops, I provide a fun and interactive twist to mental wellness and burnout prevention so audiences takeaway-Hands-on and practical mental wellness tools to treat and prevent stress at work and beyond-Confidence through movement, self-trust, and emotional awareness-A reframed mindset around wellness, positivity and self-care, including that they deserve to get help for themselves, they are not alone, and they matter, just as they are-Enhanced resilience so they show up more productive at work and beyond.If you’re looking for a speaker who brings interaction, movement, and real life tools that help your people not just feel better, but actually thrive throughout their every day life, I\'d love to connect!
