ABOUT IVY TOU
I’m an Instructional Designer @Insulet Corporation, where I design user-centered learning experiences and product interfaces for the Omnipod to support diabetes management and patient care.I’ve always been drawn to visual storytelling and thoughtful design. Over time, that interest evolved into a passion for education shaped by human experience, which led me to study the intersection of public health, psychology, and design.Today, I focus on turning complex, regulated content into user-centered learning that feels clear, engaging, and useful. I work across onboarding, product training, and compliance programs using tools like Articulate Storyline & Rise, Vyond, Figma, and LMS platforms.Outside of work I enjoy working with physical and digital art mediums, cooking, and hiking with my dog.
