I have had the pleasure of working at my JCC for over 27 years. I am honored to serve as the CEO and to help connect people to our JCC and to each other. Wilmington is an amazing community with creative and talented people. I’m honored to have the opportunity to collaborate with so many of these gifted people in a wide variety of ways.The Siegel JCC is a nonprofit community center on a 32-acre campus in North Wilmington, DE, with a $9+ million budget. The J is home to members and is powered by a 5-star and NAEYC accredited Early Childhood Center, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, ACA accredited camp, and year-round youth programming. Rooted in Jewish traditions and values, the J is home to a tapestry of people from multiple cultures, religions, and backgrounds.

   The Siegel JCC strengthens the greater community by nurturing belonging and encouraging social, physical, and intellectual growth in an environment guided by Jewish values and culture, but inclusive of all. As CEO since 2006, I have had the opportunity to partner closely with the Board of Directors to establish the long-term strategic direction of the JCC, focus towards our mission, and ensure financial sustainability. I work with an amazing team to offer high quality programs and services with a customer orientated focus. Basically, I get to work with people to improve the quality of life in my community.
