Hi, I’m Ivy I’m the Sr. Program Manager, Customer Experience at Tesla’s Megafactory CA. I help bring “energy,” to Tesla Energy. I design and scale programs that shape how customers, stakeholders, and employees experience Megapack/Energy Manufacturing - spanning site tours, product education, internal communications, and engagement initiatives that support factory excellence and sales enablement.Previously, I led operations at Amazon and helped grow early-stage startups.
