ABOUT IVO ALMEIDA
As a digital thinker, with 10 years of experience, I find my passion for human cognition, analytical correlations and problem-solving as the way to achieve a user-centric approach.I gathered my experience by designing websites and digital strategies for small businesses at Yellow Pages Portugal (2014/1016), exploring and solving users\' problems at TAP Air Portugal (2016/18), and bringing digital optimisation to Prime Solutions (2018).I have been deeply involved in advocating UX and digital process development since I started working at TAP Air Portugal. Since then, I had the opportunity to improve and achieve different goals by being responsible for- Create user-centric designs for international markets- Gathering project requirements with internal and external stakeholders- Support my decisions based on user research, benchmark and UX tests such as qualitative usability testing, a/b testing, tree testing and card sorting- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, flows and information architecture for complex processes- Collaborate with other teams and follow the front-end process until the quality tests- Present and justify designs based on heuristics and other UX methods for colleagues and clients.Besides my work, I enjoy travelling, running and going to the pub with friends.
