Alongside he sold the company in the markets and acquired new contracts by communicating with clients by establishing and preparing meetings, presentations and proposals. Besides, he prepared anticipated cost reports as per the clients’ requirements with the inauguration and management of project budgets with monthly forecasts and analysis of cash flow. Along with it he superintended capital improvement and asset preservation programs with design and construction processes at multiple sites through local resources.Furthermore, he coached and cultivated project team members in the expertise and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices anticipated for a successful project execution. In addition he determined high energy for the business with the ability to energize others, as well as enthusiastic to take risks and make hard decisions.
