I lead the Courier Earnings Product Science stream, as well as a key member in other streamsAchievements- Implementation of the self-balancing delivery pricing algorithm, that ensures the fairness of pay for the couriers, while also maximizing the utilization and courier satisfaction. I\'m building a unified decision-making platform that uses Causal Inference and SOTA A/B Testing approaches to minimize the statistical uncertainty for the company. The methodologies include Machine Learning, variance reduction techniques and complex analysis methodologies such as diffs-in-diffs and synthetic controls- I\'m also responsible for the Courier Experience stream that ensures that the couriers on a platform are happy and they keep providing the high-quality service in every region
