   As a Developer Relations Engineer at Harness, I bridge the gap between engineering and end users by driving adoption, enhancing product documentation, and advocating for developers. I work closely with product, engineering, and solution teams to deliver clear, technically accurate content—ranging from public docs and internal how-tos to solution architectures and technical deep dives.I\'m responsible for:* Creating and maintaining technical documentation for Platform Engineering team that includes SMP (Self-Managed Platform), Delegate, Authentication, Authorization, and related modules.* Writing detailed implementation guides, release notes, and onboarding materials that help customers navigate complex features like OIDC, SCIM, and Kubernetes workload identity.* Collaborating with engineers and product managers to break down complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.* Contributing to product enablement efforts, including Developer Hub onboarding, GitHub workflows, and CODEOWNERS management.* Supporting customer success by producing scalable solutions documentation and fielding technical feedback from end users and internal teams.Day-to-day, I balance hands-on product exploration, content strategy, and continuous feedback loops to ensure our documentation serves both internal teams and external developers effectively.
