As part of KinderCare Learning Companies, I lead within the Champions division, which partners with schools nationwide to provide safe, engaging, and research-backed programs. Our school-age curriculum takes a whole-child approach to teaching the skills kids need to be most successful in life, like: creating connections, developing social and emotional skills, and building community.In this role, I oversee multiple Champions program sites, supporting site directors and staff to deliver high-quality, accredited out-of-school learning environments. I build and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, and parents to align Champions’ programming with school and community goals. I coach and develop site leadership teams, focusing on program quality, staff engagement, and student outcomes. I manage budgets, enrollment growth, and compliance with state licensing and safety standards. I partner with district and community leaders to expand access to Champions programs and enhance student opportunities.With more than 25 years of experience, Champions is recognized for our leadership in delivering extended learning programs that are tailored specifically to a school’s needs and that provide busy working parents with a safe, convenient program where their child’s potential is fostered through engaging learning experiences. We were recently awarded the prestigious distinction of corporation accreditation by AdvancED, a global leader in advancing excellence in education through accreditation.
