In my current role as a Recruiter at Steam Logistics, I handle onboarding, recruiting, and employee relations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all staff members. I am a detail-oriented and passionate worker, always looking to learn new skills and take on new challenges.I am also pursuing my master\'s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Bellevue University, with the goal of becoming a licensed counselor and an ally within the mental health field. I have a strong background in social work and mental health, having worked as an intensive case manager and a lead teacher. I have developed core competencies in mental health counseling, and mental health advocacy, which I apply to both my professional and personal life.Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with my Pembroke Welsh Corgi, who loves to join me on paddleboarding adventures on the Tennessee River. I am looking to make genuine connections and integrate into networks within the logistics and mental health industry.
