As a Training Development Specialist at Wilner & O\'Reilly, APLC, I create and run SOP trainings for case managers, legal assistants, law clerks, and associate attorneys in the immigration litigation department. I facilitate the day-to-day flow of our client\'s cases through USCIS & EOIR. My mission is to provide motivated individuals with a skill set that will ensure applications of relief, court filings, and client profiles remain active and never slip through the cracks. My litigation team and I stay updated on the latest immigration laws to ensure standard operating procedures are current.
